EEI FTP Service

PLEASE NOTE: Files posted to the File Exchange area will be automatically deleted after 4 calendar days.

Please be sure to move your files to their permanent destination (your hard drive, local shared drive) when you access them through File Exchange. Deleted files will not be restored by EEI technical support.

Troubleshooting

If you have any difficulty accessing the FTP service successfully:

  • Clients should contact their EEI Account Rep.
  • EEI employees should contact the EEI IT group.
