We crafted a ‘Hometown Bank’ merchandising strategy, theme and supporting environmental elements to visually portray the essence of the DFCU Financial brand as ‘A Community within a Community’. This was achieved by linking the elements of people, residential neighborhoods and financial districts to create a hometown atmosphere.

A Welcome Center serves as a ‘Town Square’ to connect the surrounding financial communities of Main Street, Financial District and Basic Banking Services. This ‘Community’ theme is integrated into various architectural elements and merchandising concepts throughout the facility and has been integrated into newly acquired DFCU branches as they continue their regional expansion.
