Emerging with a new look, new name and brand new “Live Smarter” tagline, Flex, made a splash onto the scene at CES 2016. Flex reached out to us to help them optimize their presence at CES in order to make that big impact. With a primary objective of reaching new and existing customers and introducing them to the brand new Flex brand, we set out to create a space that stopped event attendees dead in their tracks.
Alluring lighting drew visitors in as product demos and service information stations made guests feel like highly trained spies trying out the latest in wearable technology offerings. From ceiling to floor, lighting set the mood, providing a calming energy. The colors and brightness of the lighting in the room changed throughout the day accommodating for client meetings during the day and a cocktail parties at night. Dynamic projections illuminated along the dark flooring presenting Flex’s many diverse capabilities in a visually impactful way. A large graphic backsplash and comfortable clean white seating completed the crisp yet energetic space.
With so much to showcase in such a compact space, careful planning and creative ways to present information, cleverly maximized the space. Everything worked together to tell Flex’s story and guests left with a better understanding of who Flex is.
